Over 4–6 hours, you’ll follow a mountain riverbed equipped with rappels up to 20 m, natural slides, pools, and optional jumps ranging from 3 to 7 m. Guided by certified instructors from Catalonia Adventures, you’ll move safely through rocky formations surrounded by red pine and unique karst landscapes. Open from March to October for participants aged 14 and up with normal physical fitness. Individual, couple, or group sessions available.

What is Canyoning?

Canyoning, also known as gorge descent, involves following a mountain riverbed while overcoming natural obstacles such as rappels, jumps, slides, and narrow passages. It requires vertical progression techniques and the use of harness, helmet, and wetsuit, all combined with hiking and light scrambling.

Who can go canyoning? Anyone with normal physical condition who wants to enjoy a day full of experiences, jumps, slides, rappelling... and share it with friends and/or family.
Who should not go canyoning? People with heart conditions, epilepsy, spinal issues, dislocations in upper or lower limbs, and pregnant women.
Minimum? 1 person. Minimum age: 14 years.
