If any condition is observed or reported that may increase risks, the guide will immediately inform the client about the advisability of modifying, postponing or, if necessary, denying access to the activity. In this sense, the client agrees that, if an accident or incident occurs due to their failure to communicate or disobedience of the safety instructions, they will not be able to claim compensation or hold Catalonia Adventures responsible. This includes any claim resulting from injuries, material damage or emotional damage that may occur during participation in the activities.

If the client omits this information or provides inaccurate data, they do so under their own responsibility, exempting Catalonia Adventures from any consequence resulting from this failure to comply.

The client understands that these measures are necessary to protect their health and that of the other participants, and that any deviation may represent a high risk, for which reason they commit to acting responsibly and prudently at all times.
