Where do I collect and return the rental equipment?

All equipment collections and returns are made in person at the Catalonia Adventures base, strategically located in Vilafranca del Penedès. As we are situated right next to the main transport routes, we are the ideal stop whether you are coming from Barcelona or travelling up from Tarragona towards the activity areas.

Is it possible to return the equipment outside business hours?

We understand that days in the mountains can sometimes run longer than expected. For this reason, we offer the possibility of returning equipment outside our regular opening hours, always upon prior request and subject to our logistical availability. Please contact us before setting out so we can arrange it.

What are the payment terms for the rental?

To confirm the reservation of any equipment, full payment must be made in advance. This ensures that the equipment will be held and reserved exclusively for you on the selected dates.

What happens if the equipment is damaged or lost?

The customer is responsible for taking proper care of the equipment during the rental period. If the equipment is damaged due to misuse, suffers structural damage that compromises its PPE certification, or is lost, the customer must pay the full replacement cost of the product.
